• Towels (& Robes for guests staying in our Newby room)

• Fresh water & milk daily with tea & coffee making facilities

• Toiletries including shower gel, shampoo & conditioner

• Free on site parking

• Compact kitchenette with fridge, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses

• Dining room come sitting room, with dining table seating 6 & sofa

• Guest garden with seating over looking our grazing horses and arable fields

• 4 miles of footpaths around the farm including walking along the bank of the River Swale, among old oak woodland & around our arable fields. You can also walk into the village of Helperby, crossing the footbridge over the River Swale.
