We are a very small, 3 bedroomed, family run Bed & Breakfast in the heart of the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside. 

 

Located just outside the quaint village of Helperby, we are nestled amidst our 230 acre arable farm & livery. You will enjoy stunning views from each of our 3 rooms overlooking horses and sheep grazing in the open fields. We have two rooms on the first floor, our superior king with a private bathroom and our twin/ superking room with ensuite. On the ground floor we have our third bedroom, our king room with ensuite.

 

Our superb award winning breakfasts are prepared using fresh local produce. The eggs come from our own free range hens and all of our other ingredients are carefully sourced from local businesses and farm shops. We also offer quality plant based foods as standard.
